Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has condemned Russia’s actions in Ukraine, accusing Moscow of committing “an element of genocide” by forcibly relocating thousands of Ukrainian children and attempting to erase their Ukrainian identity. Speaking at a Ukraine peace summit held in Switzerland, Trudeau described these actions as “pure colonialism” and emphasized the urgent need for Russia to be held accountable for its actions.
