London, March 2 – The United Kingdom, France, and Ukraine have agreed to work together on a ceasefire plan aimed at ending Russia’s ongoing war in Ukraine. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer stated that he is acting as a “bridge” between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and former U.S. President Donald Trump, who is a key figure in shaping future American foreign policy.

The initiative comes as diplomatic efforts intensify to seek a resolution to the prolonged conflict, which has caused widespread destruction and humanitarian crises in Ukraine. France has also reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Ukraine, aligning with the UK’s diplomatic approach.

Starmer emphasized the importance of engaging all key stakeholders, including the United States, in the peace efforts. “We are working towards a diplomatic solution that ensures Ukraine’s sovereignty and long-term security,” he stated.

While details of the ceasefire proposal remain undisclosed, the collaboration between the three nations signals a renewed push for peace talks. However, with ongoing military actions and complex geopolitical interests, the path to a ceasefire remains uncertain.

More updates are expected as negotiations progress.
