Suspect Identified in Toronto Human Body Indignity Investigation

Toronto police have identified a suspect in connection with an investigation into an indignity to a human body after a deceased person was discovered in a Riverside apartment last month.

On May 27, officers attended an apartment near Broadview Avenue and Dundas Street East, where they found the deceased. An autopsy later confirmed that the individual had died of natural causes.

However, police allege that 52-year-old Rejean Hermel Perron, who was aware of the death, failed to notify authorities. As a result, Perron is now under investigation for his actions related to the incident.

This remains a developing story, and updates will follow as more information becomes available.
